Carenzo Health Tech ("Carenzo", "we", "us") operates an AI-powered digital marketplace connecting families with vetted, DBS-verified carers across the United Kingdom. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Registered in England & Wales, Company No. 15449917.

• Account & identity — name, email, phone number, and login details.
• Care details — the care recipient's needs, schedule, and preferences you provide during onboarding.
• Payment data — billing information processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data — device, browser, pages viewed, and interactions, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

• To match you with suitable carers using our AI matching engine.
• To manage your account, subscription, bookings, and messages.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent fraud, and meet legal and regulatory obligations.
• To improve our service and, where you have consented, to send relevant updates.

We process personal data under the UK GDPR on the bases of contract (to provide the service), legitimate interests (to operate and improve Carenzo safely), consent (for non-essential cookies and marketing), and legal obligation (safeguarding and regulatory duties). We share data only where necessary: with carers you choose to contact, with service providers acting on our instructions (e.g. Stripe for payments, hosting and analytics providers), and with authorities where required by law. We never sell your personal data.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it. We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure to protect it.
