Terms of Service

Carenzo is a marketplace that connects families with independent, vetted carers. Carenzo facilitates discovery, matching, communication, and payment, but the care itself is provided by the carers, not by Carenzo.

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.

Browsing carers near you is free. Contacting and booking carers requires an active £20/month subscription; a subscription is needed for each new care request. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and are billed securely via Stripe. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current period.

Carers on Carenzo are subject to identity, DBS, right-to-work, and reference checks. While we vet carefully, you are responsible for your own decisions about who to engage and should carry out any additional checks you consider appropriate.

• Provide accurate information about care needs.
• Treat carers and staff respectfully.
• Use the platform lawfully and not attempt to circumvent the marketplace or its fees.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Carenzo is not liable for the acts or omissions of carers, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached or to protect users and the platform.
